Ningji & Company Limited ("CXharbor", "we", "us") provides multilingual overseas after-sales customer-service support for cross-border e-commerce brands. This policy explains what personal data we collect through cxharbor.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
1. Who we are
Ningji & Company Limited operates as CXharbor globally and as Ningji in the APAC region. We are registered in Hong Kong, with a support team based in Egypt. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to run this site and respond to you:
- Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, company, email address, the service you're asking about, and your message. We use this solely to reply to your enquiry.
- Site analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited and roughly how much traffic we get. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and it does not track you across other websites.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as is standard for any website.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
3. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our Contact form.
- To keep a business record of enquiries and, where you become a customer, of our working relationship.
- To understand and improve how people use our site.
- To meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and respond to you, and we share only what each one needs to do its job:
- Resend — delivers the email generated when you submit our Contact form.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides the cookie-less analytics described above.
We do not otherwise sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.
5. International operations
We're a Hong Kong–registered company with a support team in Egypt, serving cross-border e-commerce brands and their customers across multiple regions and languages. Where applicable, personal data may be processed outside your home country by us or by the providers listed above. We take reasonable steps to keep data secure wherever it's processed.
6. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period for legitimate business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Section 7.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to ask us to: tell you what personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; or stop using your data for a particular purpose. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Recruitment fraud notice
Ningji & Company Limited never charges job candidates any fee, under any name. If someone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for a deposit, training fee or interview fee, it is fraud — please verify via [email protected] and treat cxharbor.com as the authoritative source. 9. Children's privacy
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to check back occasionally.
